These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Envidia website and any purchase you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is owned and operated by Envidia (OPC) Private Limited, Vaikom, Kottayam, Kerala 686141, India.
2. Products and use
Our products are cosmetic skincare products and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition.
Results may vary from person to person depending on skin type.
Please read the ingredients before use and do a patch test on a small area of skin. Stop use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs.
Product images are for illustration. Actual packaging may vary slightly.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are added at checkout.
We accept online payments (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) through a secure payment gateway, and Cash on Delivery with a ₹100 advance.
We may change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time you place your order applies.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed only after payment (or the COD advance) is received.
We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. In that case, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, which form part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Envidia name, logo, product images and text, belongs to Envidia. It may not be copied or used without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Envidia is not liable for any indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kottayam, Kerala.
